Charcoals Café (City Centre)

• Charcoals has been my go to spot for biryani in Glasgow since the day I arrived here 2 years ago however a few recent experiences with the staff have left me reconsidering my loyalty to them
• I visited a few days ago with a few friends and ordered a few Aloo paranthas with a 2 side curries
• The waiter took the order and then came back to ask us if the food was to go or if we were sitting in
• We naturally were sitting in since we had been served our drinks already
• T do that since the order was already being prepared
• Not to our surprise the food was under cooked with more than half the paranthas being raw and so was the chicken in the curry
• What let's this restaurant down is its awful toilet facilities
• Every time I come to our Glasgow office (for about 10 years now) Charcoals is always a must visit
