Byblos Cafe (West End)

• The one star is because of the delivery service
• Decided it was not a problem
• Did not pay for the pizza and took the rest of the food which was missing one of the items I had ordered
• This was annoying since it was not my mistake
• Then I called again because I was going over the price and realized I had been overcharged
• She cut me off before I could say why I was calling and said ''I am the owner of the shop and am not playing any games
• Upon explaining that I was calling to inquire about price and when she stopped shouting long enough to listen to me she realized that I in fact was overcharged £
• The driver called me and had returned with the overcharged amount though the restaurant had not called me to tell me that he was coming (or even offer an apology
• First time trying Lebanese food and I was blown away
• The server was so helpful and accommodating
• The food was delicious and we were even given a free dessert
