Supper Bowl (Gilmerton)

• Ordered delivery of a pizza. They swapped my order for onions to mushrooms - I AM ALLERGIC! When I phoned, the owner ID'd himself to me as Andi (his spelling) - he lied! His real name is Amer, or something like that. His apologies & attitude were totally insincere, even though they had seriously endangered me, and he never said a word about sorting out their actions and behaviours to fix the problem until I really pushed him! I ended up projectile from both ends all night! The owner's insincerity and reluctance to fix the problem left me no real option but to report them to Environmental Health, who visited them soon afterwards and reported back to me they had promised to change their practices, to repeat orders back to customers. No further action. A week or so later, I took up Andi's(???) offer to me on the phone for them to send me another pizza for free. Delivery guy knew nothing about it, but his boss (Andi was not on duty) told him just to leave the pizza with me and she'd speak to the owner when he came in. Another week or so later, I phoned up to order another pizza, only to be told the boss had said they were not to take my orders anymore! So, in summary, they screw up my order and endanger me, the owner pays lip service and lies to me, I report them to Environmental Health, I take up his offer of a free pizza, but now I'm barred by them! Now you know the kind of people you are dealing with if you use Supperbowl Gilmerton! They'll happily take your money, screw you over, endanger your wellbeing and then screw you if you have the temerity to complain! It's up to you, but I urge you to choose wisely!

• Ordered a fish supper for delivery and it was freezing cold when it arrived
• I called the team and they were incredibly rude and unhelpful she said she'd call me back in 5 minutes after speaking to the driver
• When they called back it was a different woman she said that my fish couldn't have possibly been cold as mines was first to get delivered and it was apparently freshly made
• I had looked at the menu previously to ensure that this was safe for me
• The ingredients were not specified so
• This response was absolutely absurd
• The most disgusting part of this encounter was that I was close to consuming this dish and losing everything that I have believed in for so many years
