Broughton Delicatessen & Cafe (New Town)

• Their morning porridge is incredibly generous
• Broughton delicatessen is The deli place to go to
• Utterly by far the best fresh home made deli food served in whole of New and Old Town
• Their porridge is done with large jumbo oats
• The pancakes are done fresh by the counter with the batter poured onto a hot plate cooker thing with butter
• They do these awesome oatcakes which are sometimes for sale
• They're by far THE best oatcakes I've
• I met up with a friend there one week day late afternoon and the place was very quiet
• Broughton Deli was our favourite place to go to for breakfast
• The deli greets you with tempting pastries and a vast range of deli items
• A big wholesome portion with fruit and nuts
• All mightily impressive dishes but the pick of them was the wild mushrooms and scrambled eggs on Sourdough toast
• Broughton Delicatessen & Cafe (New Town) is well worth a visit if you are looking for a nice lunch in town
• Everything is made fresh
• Looks quite small but there is quite a lot of space to eat in the back
