The Shalimar (Derby)

• Turns out Shalimar just moved into a new location 10 days ago and were still working out the kinks
• Others that were seated long after I was seated were served much sooner
• The chicken was good and not gristly
• The highlight of the meal was the aloo tikki appetizer
• The manager was friendly and apologized profusely and regularly
• Food however I will say is very rich or greasy but tastes well and good when you have plans to run next morning
• It felt like they used frozen nans and that is where they can improve
