Sushi Passion (City Centre)

• Good Sushi is hard to come by
• Especially when you live in a city which is as far away from the sea as it can get
• Recently they opened in a new location with a restaurant in the beautiful Victorian shopping destination and independent haven Great Western Arcade
• The first impression is always the most important and Sushi Passion makes an impression even before you get through the door
• The window resembles a Zen garden with a large Bonsai
• There was no room at the bar (which comes complete with Sushi train)
• I can safely say this is some of the best Sushi I've had
• This is by far the best sushi in Birmingham
• I heard the chefs are certified sushi maker from Japan
• I came here to celebrate my friend's birthday so we ordered 2 best deal plates and 1 salmon plate
• Not only everything on the menu is very expensive but also fish had a very poor quality and sashimi wasn't properly defrosted and because they cut it way too thick
• They did not agree with us (without checking the fish first to see if we were saying the truth) and replied that "
• The fish should not be cold because was never in the freezer"
